摘要
探讨了前处理和活化条件(活化温度、活化时间、活化剂浓度)对苎麻基活性碳纤维活化收率、比表面积和苯酚吸附量的影响.结果表明,活化收率随活化温度、活化时间和活化剂(水蒸汽)浓度的增大而降低,比表面积和苯酚吸附量则随之增大而增大;苎麻纤维经前处理,可以明显提高苎麻基活性碳纤维活化收率,增加其比表面积和苯酚吸附量.
It has been studied that how the pre-treatment and activating conditionsinfluence activation yield of ramie-based fibers, specific surface area of ACF andabsorption capacity to phenol. The activating conditions include activating temperature,activating time, concentration of activating reagent. The results showed that activationyield decrease with the increase of activating temperature, activating time andconcentration of activating reagent, while specific surface area and absorption capacity tophenol increased obviously. After the pre-treatment of HX activation yield oframie-based fibers, specific surface of ACF and absorption capacity to phenol obviouslyincreased.
