重型颅脑损伤并发凝血功能障碍治疗分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的观察颅脑损伤后凝血系统与纤溶系统异常改变和变化规律。方法动态观察74例重型颅脑外伤（GCS 3~8分）患者的凝血酶原时间（PT）、活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、纤维蛋白原（FIB）、D-二聚体（D-D）、纤维蛋白分解产物（FDP）的变化。结果重型颅脑外伤早期经历短暂高凝状态,此后呈现低凝和纤溶亢进状态,紊乱状态持续1周左右才好转。结论重型颅脑外伤后早期就可存在凝血功能障碍,需采取有效措施积极处理。
