二十一世纪染色技术展望(I)

Prospect on Dyeing Technology of the 21st Century

文章从新型纤维的出现，纤维改性的进步，新型和功能染料及助剂的应用，以及染色新工艺的发展等方面，系统地展望了二十一世纪染色新技术。并认为二十一世纪的染色产品必然是高新性能、功能性、高附加值和环保型的“绿色”产品，其染色是高科技应用的系统工程，其中一些染色新技术目前已经得到了应用或正在开发应用，另一些技术不久可能开发应用，文章指出了它们的应用潜力和前景。最后还综合介绍了“绿色”染色工程，指出它是一个涉及纤维和纺织品的原坯、染化料、染色工艺以及能源和设备各方面的系统工程。

Prospect on new dyeing technology of 21st century is made systematically from appearance of new fibres, improvement of fibre modification,application of novel,functional dyestuffs and auxiliaries to the development of new dyeing processes. The authors are of the opinion that the dyed products of 21st century have to be high and novel quality,functional,high added value and environment--friendly 'green' goods. Their dyeing ought to be a system engineering using hi -- tech. Amony the new dyeing tech. niques,some have already been applied or are just being developed and used,while others may be developed and applied in the near future. Their potential and prospects are also presented. Finally,a general introduction to 'green' dyeing engineering is made,pointing out that it is a system engineering imvolving fibre,gray fabric,dyes and chemicals,dyeing process as well as energy and equipment.
