有限切开复位锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨骨折67例分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨有限切开复位锁定加压钢板(LCP)内固定技术治疗胫骨骨折的方法与临床疗效。方法 2006-03-2009-11采用有限切开复位锁定加压钢板(LCP)内固定技术治疗67例胫骨骨折患者。结果术后随访5~30个月,术后平均18周骨折临床愈合,无切口延迟愈合或感染等并发症发生,膝踝关节功能正常。结论有限切开复位,LCP内固定技术治疗胫骨骨折有较可靠的疗效。
