小脑扁桃体下疝畸形致急性呼吸窘迫综合征1例分析

摘要 对我们所遇小脑扁桃体下疝畸形致急性呼吸窘迫综合征1例分析如下。 1病历摘要女,21岁。因外伤后头痛、右手疼痛伴流血、右下肢及右足肿痛约1 h后(早7:15)入院。入院时查体T:不升,P 136次/min,R9次/min,BP 135/99 mm Hg,SpO297%~98%,意识模糊,前额部右侧可见一长约3 cm皮肤裂伤,
