摘要
研究了不同类别的阴、非离子表面活性剂及其复配物,以及p H 值、螯合剂、加料方式等工艺条件对分散拼混染料高温分散性的影响。配制了非离子型的SS- 991 高温分散匀染剂。经工业生产试验表明:SS- 991 对改善C.I. 分散蓝60 与143 拼混染料的高温分散性和匀染性等染色性能有较明显的效果,并与C.I. 分散黄54 在针织涤纶上进行拼色染色。
Researches were made on the effect of anionic, non-ionic surfactants and their formulated pro_ ducts as well as process conditions such as pH, sequesters and add-in methods on high temperature dispersibility of mixed disperse dyes. Thus, anionic high temperature disperse leveling agent SS-991 was formulated. It is proved by industrial experimental production that a significant result has been achieved by SS-991 in the improve_ment of high temperature dispersibility and leveling property of mixd dyes with C.I. Disperse Blue 60 and 143. A good effect is also obtained in dyeing knit polyester fabric with C.I. Disperse Yellow 54 mixed with SS-991.
