摘要
先将D4 在85 ℃乳化聚合,然后用带有氨基、环氧基的硅烷偶联剂在85 ℃经2h 改性合成多基改性有机硅微乳液LSE,并进行应用试验。整理效果与进口氨基硅微乳液相同,且成本低,每米只需0 .15 元,而进口微乳液每米需0 .25
D4 was first emulsified and polymerized at 85℃ and then modified with silicone coupling agent ca_ rrying with amino-group and epoxy-group at 85℃ for 2 hours. Applied experiments were performed on thus sy_ nthesized multi-group modified silicone microemulsion LSE. The result of fabric finished by LSE is similar to that by the imported of the same kind. But, the finishing cost of LSE is as low as 0.15 yuan per metre fabric, whereas of the imported, is 0.25 yuan.
