精漂染一浴法助剂SV-1的应用

APPLICATION OF ONE-BATH SCOURING-BLEACHING AND DYEING AGENT SV-1

由多种表面活性剂和高分子聚合物复配成的精漂染一浴法助剂ＳＶ － １ 具有渗透、匀染、稳定双氧水、净洗等功能。经直接、活性染料应用试验表明：ＳＶ－ １ 化学性质稳定，耐强碱，适用于纯棉针织物煮练、漂白、染色一浴工艺；染色的织物无硅斑，手感柔软，牢度和强力符合质量要求；而且缩短了工艺流程，节能省力。

One-bath scouring-bleaching and dyeing agent SV-1 formulated with numbers of surfactants and high polymers possesses with such functions as penetrating, level dyeing, H2O2 stabilizing, clean washing and so on. Through the applied experiment with direct and reactive dyes, it indicates that SV-1 is suitabe for one-bath scouring-bleaching and dyeing of pure cotton knit fabrics. It is stable in dye bath and resistant to strong alkali. The dyed fabric has soft handle, desirable colour fastness and strength.There is no silica speck on the fabric.It al_so short_ens the process flow, saves power and labour force, and reduces pollution to the environment.
