摘要
目的探讨胃癌围手术期腹腔热灌注化疗的护理措施。方法对43例进展期胃癌患者术中和术后早期行腹腔热灌注化疗。同时加强心理护理、严格消毒、畅通管道、保持灌注温度、严密观察病情和加强对症治疗。结果腹腔热灌注化疗成功率为100%,无管道周围感染和脱落现象,无严重并发症。结论严格遵守操作规程和加强护理有助于腹腔热灌注化疗安全进行,避免并发症。
Objective To explore the nursing measures on the perioprative period of intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemoperfusion（IHCP）in the treatment of gastric cancer.Methods 43 cases of gastric cancer patients were conducted IHCP.At the same time,psychological care was strengthened as well as the strictly sanitizing and maintaining the full and sound condition and the observer for discharge.Results The success rate of IHCP was 100%.No infection occured around or off the pipe and nor did serious complications.Conclusion Strictly obey the operating instructions and intensive care helped to succeed in the way of IHCP in the treatment of gastric cancer and avoid the complications.
