术后老年男性留置尿管护理

目的探讨对术后老年男性患者留置尿管的综合整体护理的效果。方法随机将94例术后老年男性留置尿管患者分为两组,对照组选用外科常规护理方法[1],治疗组采用综合整体护理。结果治疗组第一次拔管后自行排尿成功率91%,泌尿系感染率9%,治疗组与对照组有差异统计学意义P<0.05.结论综合整体留置尿管护理提高了患者自行排尿率,又减少了泌尿系感染的机会。适应临床,值得推广。

Objective To discussion the effect of synthesized and integral indwelling urinary catheter nursing for operated old male patient.Methods 94 patients,who were indwelled urinary catheters after operated,were randomized into two groups.Comparison group use routine surgical nursing.Therapy group use synthesized and integral nursing.Results When the first time remove urinary catheter,the rates of autonomic micturition is 91%and the rates of urinary tract infection is 9% in the therapy group.There has statistical difference between the two groups.（P0.05）Conclusion The synthesized and integral indwelling urinary catheter nursing increase rates of autonomic micturition and decrease chance of urinary tract infection.It is fit for clinic and worth developing.
