摘要
通过对 ZB-120型纸质波纹状降温湿垫的剥离强度、抗压强度和整体变形试验及其破坏类型的分析,阐明了波纹纸和胶粘剂的受力特征,并与美国同类产品进行了比较。在此基础上,提出了选择纸质湿垫用胶粘剂的力学要求,为材料和产品生产工艺的选择提出了建议。
The roles that both paper and adhesives of the cooling paper pad played in static load are discussed.Some revising suggestions to select adhesive for paper pad are presented based on the tests of the compressive strength and the peel tests of paper pad,as well as the analysis of the types of destruction.An improved kind of adhesive suited for adhesion of paper pad will have better rigidity after being solidified,and water- tolerance on the mechanics property.
