作者研制了一种铁基含油自润滑复合材料,本文中报导了其摩擦学及机械-物理性能,还介绍了负荷、速度和运行时间对这种材料摩擦学性能的影响。在长风牌洗衣机上的台架试验结果表明,利用该材料制作的滑动轴承可达到1000小时以上的使用寿命,满足了使用要求。现已为长风厂提供了70万件合格产品供装机使用。

A Fe-based composite containing oil was developed.Its mechanical, physical and tribological properties are reported in this paper. The effects of load, speed and testing duration on the tribological properties of this material are presented.The results of the bench test on Changfeng washing machines have shown that the endurance of journal bearings, which were made of this material, is more than 1000 hours, and the material can meet the service requirement. Up to now, 700 thousands of such bearings have been used in washing machines.
