摘要
在零件的切槽切断加工中,工艺系统常会产生强烈的振动。其原因主要与机床、刀具、工件、切削参数及工艺系统的动态特性等密切相关。从机床、刀具、切削工艺等方面提出了减小和消除振动的有效措施,对于提高生产效率,降低生产成本具有重要意义。
Process system often produce strong vibratory in grooving and disconnection machine parts.The causes of vibration are related to the dynamic characteristics of craft system,machine tool,cutting tool,work piece and cutting parameters.This paper provides effective measure to reduce or cancellation vibration from machine,cutting tool and cutting process,etc.It is conductive to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
