This paper mainly introduced a design scheme of a special measuring tool for size of the arcradius,which is suitable for fast measurement of the radius of tongue cavity of transition coupler.It describes the working principle and structural features of the special detecting device in detail.Practice has proved that the device can not only satisfy the accurate measurement of the size of arc radius,but also improve the detection efficiency.Beyond that,it also has important reference value for the measurement of different components with similar structure.
