摘要
随着我国高等教育大众化的推进,为国家培养高技能银领人才、居功甚伟的高等职业教育的社会认可度有了较大提高。但其所培养的高职毕业生由于就业能力不足而出现的人找岗位和岗位找人的“就业鸿沟”现象也越来越突出。本文通过对高职生就业能力的剖析,分析了高职院校通过职业生涯规划教育培养高职学生就业核心能力的重要意义,并提出了实现途径和方法,以有效避免教育资源和人才资源的社会浪费。
With pushing forward popularization of China's higher education, Social approval of the higher vocational colleges, which mainly train the High -skill talents, has greatly improved. However, the employment gap, which graduates needs position and position needs graduates for the employment ability is not perfect, becomes larger and larger. The paper, through analyzing the ability of graduates, puts forward the importance of training of employment ability by career education in higher vocational colleges and gives the way and method of making it come true in order to avoid the social wastes of resources of education and talents.
