摘要 随着现代科学技术的日益发展,农业机件的类别和应用范围均已扩大,传统的农机件变形检测方法在很多情况下受到限制,因此设计一种方便、实用的检测系统十分必要。应用图像识别相关技术设计了变形检测系统,通过试验对象在整个受力过程中状态的变化,实时存储试验数据,经分析得到检测结果,从而达到检测的目的。本试验能以窗口、图像形式显示结果,可以达到令人满意的检测效果,从而将传统的农机件拉伸测试转化成微机实时测试。 With the growing development of modem science and technology,the categories and application scope of engineering materials have been expanded. The traditional measuring method of deformation,in many cases,is limited. Thus designing a convenient and practical detection system is very necessary. The deformation testing system was designed using related image recognition technology. The detection results were obtained through observing state changes in the whole process of stressing,real-time storage experiment data. This experiment results can be displayed in the form of window or images. And the achieved test results were satisfactory. As a result,the traditional tensile testing is changed into microcomputers real-time testing.
