基于PRO/E的机用虎钳的结构设计

摘要 钳工一般都是手持工具对工件进行加工,劳动强度大,生产效率低,对工人技术要求水平高,需要改进钳工加工工具和工艺,逐步实现机械化和半机械化操作。本设计借助于AutoCAD绘图软件,对台虎钳的结构和工作原理进行分析,通过开合螺母的开合,达到控制丝杠与其啮合的目的,同时也可使导轨在夹紧工件时自由地快速移动。 Bench worker usually works with a tool in his hand which involves strong labor intensity and yet the production efficiency is low. Therefore,it is quite necessary to improve the processing tools and techniques and to gradually realize mechanized and semi-mechanized operation. This design,aided by AutoCAD,makes analysis on the structure and the working principle of bench screw. The split nuts are used to make the lead screw gear into it,and in the meanwhile make the guide rail move quickly and freely while clamping the workpiece.
