酒依赖患者拒绝住院原因调查与分析

ANALYSIS OF THE REASONS FOR ALCOHOLICS REFUSING TO BE IN HOSPITAL

目的:探讨酒依赖患者不愿住院治疗的原因,以便有针对性地进行干预,提高酒依赖患者的住院依从性。方法:应用自设问卷对78例不愿住院治疗的酒依赖患者进行调查,对其拒绝住院的原因进行分析。结果:拒绝住院的原因有:"否病拒医"占69%,"低戒酒动机"占31%,"病耻感"占29%,"对住院管理模式不适应"占27%,担心住院经济花费占23%,担心住院会耽误工作占15%。结论:酒依赖患者不愿住院戒酒的原因很多,其中"否病拒医"、低戒酒动机、病耻感和对住院管理模式不适应是主要原因;有针对性地进行干预有可能提高酒依赖患者住院的依从性,提高戒酒效果。

Objective： To explore the reasons that alcoholics refused to be treated in hospital for the purpose of conducting effective interventions and enhance treatment compliance.Methods：Altogether 78 alcoholics who refused to be in hospital were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire and the results were analyzed.Results：Among the 78 alcoholics,69% denied their disease,31% had poor motivation seeking for treatment,29% felt stigma about alcohol dependence,27% were not adapted to the model of hospital management,23%were worried about the cost in hospital,15% were afraid of their work being influenced.Conclusion：Many reasons are found for alcoholics refusing to be treated in hospital,with denying disease,poor motivation,feeling stigma and inadaptation to hospital management in the dominate.Interventions should be conducted accordingly which might be good for treatment compliance and outcome.
