摘要
以三元乙丙橡胶和再生三元乙丙橡胶为主体材料研制密封胶条,解决产品在挤出工艺中填料份数和热出口膨胀问题。考察产品力学性能、耐候性能、耐寒性能,讨论不同填料对产品性能的影响,选定最佳配方。实验结果表明,选用三元乙丙橡胶为主体材料密封胶条具有良好的热氧老化性能、耐紫外老化性能和耐低温性能。在密封胶条增塑体系中液蜡可以最有效的改善密封胶条的流变性,减少挤出形变和热出口膨胀,加入再生三元乙丙橡胶可以改善密封胶的加工性能,起到增塑剂和降低成本的作用。
The sealing rubber strip with ethylene propylene diene monomer and regenerated ethylene propylene diene monomer as main material was developed.Some problems about filler dosage and thermal export expansion in extrusion process of products were resolved.Mechanical properties,weather resistence and,cold resistence of the product were analyzed,influence of different fillers on the product properties was discussed,and the best formula was determined.The results show that EPDM rubber sealing strip has good anti-thermal aging performance,anti-ultraviolet ageing performance and low temperature resistance performance.In the filling system of sealing rubber strip,to use liquid paraffine can improve rheological behaviour of the sealing rubber strip and reduce extrusion deformation and thermal export expansion,to add a small amount of recycled EPDM rubber can improve processing performance and reduce cost.
