摘要
从培养基种类和培养方法方面对四川玉米串珠镰刀菌的最佳产毒条件进行研究。结果表明串珠镰刀菌的最佳产毒条件是Richard培养基,25℃,pH5,培养10 d。
Toxin-producing conditions of Fusarium moniliforme in maize in Sichuan including the kinds of media and culturing methods were studied systematically.The results showed that the optimum conditions to produce toxin were Richard,25℃,PH5,culture period for ten days.
