The Strengthening and Dilemma of U.S.Homeland Security Protection against the Background of Anti-Terrorism——Based on the Perspective of Aviation Security

摘要进入21世纪以来,在反恐的战略背景下,国土安全成为美国国家安全战略的核心。为了保卫美国本土免受恐怖主义袭击,美国政府制定并实施了全方位强化国土安全的战略、政策与措施。美国的国土安全防御体系在近10年内日趋完善,但仍面临着无法回避的挑战与困境。本文拟基于航空安全的视角对此进行分析。 Since the beginning of the 21st century,the protection of U.S.homeland from terrorist attacks has become the core of U.S.security strategy.The U.S.government has strengthened homeland security protection measures comprehensively.However,obvious vulnerabilities still exist and the U.S.government faces inescapable challenges and dilemmas.Based on the perspective of aviation security,this paper analyzes the strengthening and dilemma of U.S.homeland security protection against the background of Anti-Terrorism.
