泰国民主制度脆弱性之根源探析

An Analysis of the Root of the Fragility of Thai Democratic System

1932年泰国资产阶级革命以来,泰国在名义上确立起了民主政治和宪政制度。然而,泰国民主进程反反复复,不时出现军人政府,政权频繁更迭。尤其是2006年军事政变以来,泰国持续了将近四年的政治动荡,折射出了泰国民主制度的脆弱与宪政观念的淡漠。本文就将从传统文化、民众意识、政党制度、军队与王室等几个方面分析泰国民主制度脆弱性的根源,并展望了泰国民主进程的前景。

Since the bourgeois revolution in Thailand in 1932,democratic politics and constitutional system have been established in Thailand in name.However,the constant change of government,the appearance of military goverments from time to time,especially the continuous political turmoil since the 2006 military coup,domonstrate the fragility of Thai democratic system and the apathy of constitutional concept.This article will analyse the root of such fragility from the perspectives of traditional culture,mass consciousness,party system,armed forces and royal family and predict the prospect of Thai democratic process.
