摘要
论述了FSH型锥齿轮接触分析的基本原理,包括接触路径的求法、初始点的确定、传动误差曲线的绘制方法和接触椭圆的求解方法,并以一对给定具体参数的齿轮副为例,用Matlab实现FSH锥齿轮的啮合仿真,得到齿面接触区和传动误差曲线。
Basic principles of FSH bevel gear contact analysis is discussed,including the solution of contact path,the determination of initial point,the drawing of transmission error curve and ellipse.Taking one pair gears of given detail parameters as example,engagement simulation of FSH bevel gear by Matlab is realized,the tooth surface contact area and transmission error curve are gained.
