摘要
阐述了机械锁止式差速器的传动原理,利用ADAMS建立了差速器的虚拟样机模型,讨论了齿轮接触碰撞参数的选取,并针对该差速器的闭锁与解锁性能进行了仿真分析,得到动力学曲线,分析数据对设计改进提供了依据,对于差速器的研究具有重要的指导意义。
The drive principle of the mechanical locking differential is described,and the virtual prototype model of the differential is established by using of ADAMS.The selection of gear contact impact parameter is discussed,and the simulation analysis against the locking and unlocking performance of the differential is carried out and the kinematic curve is got,the basis for design improvement is provided by data analysis.The curve and data have important guiding significance for the differential research.
