摘要
针对目前国内的油田分注工艺无法在剖面上进行调整以及各种分注工艺中存在的洗井通道开关不准确的问题,设计了一种新型电控配水器的重要部件——配水阀。提出了一种配水阀的动力学模型,并基于ADAMS软件的仿真分析方法,进行阀体动力响应仿真分析。分析结果表明,阀芯的位移、速度、载荷基本符合配水阀的动力学模型,为后续对阀芯的各项参数的追踪和控制提供了必要的依据。
Points for the oilfield separate injection process can not be adjusted on profile and the problem of flushing channel switch isn't accurate exist in the various separate injection process,a new electronic control device with an important component of water distributor valve is designed.A dynamic model with the valve of water distributor is proposed and the simulation is carried out based on ADAMS.The results show that,displacement,speed,load of the valve core is basic line the dynamic model.The necessary basis follow-up on the tracking and control of the parameter of the valve core is provided.
