摘要
针对国内装载机整体技术水平较低,具有传动效率低、工作平顺性差、操纵强度大等缺点,首先分析国内液力变速器的传动结构、操控方式和操控技术,然后结合装载机的工作特点分析液力变速器的操控要求并提出未来发展方向。采用半自动变速技术和KD功能降低驾驶人员的劳动强度;电液比例调压控制技术实现换挡离合器的搭接控制和平稳接合来降低换挡冲击,提高传动系统的可靠性和驾驶舒适性。随着未来整体协调控制技术的发展,操控技术将会达到更高的水平。
Replying to the low overall technical level of domestically loader,such as low transmission efficiency,bad work stability,high labor intensity and so on,the transmission structure and manipulation control method and technology of hydraulic transmission was reviewed.The future manipulation control method comes up after analyzing the work feature of loader and requirements of hydraulic transmission.The semi-automatic transmission and KD technique is applied to reduce the driver's shifting frequency;electro-proportional pressure modulation realizes the timing-sequence and smooth breakaway and connection control of clutch,in order to increase the whole system's reliability and the riding comfort.With the development of the cooperative control of the subsystems,manipulation control technique will arrive at a higher level.
