连翘种子油纳米乳的制备及体外评价 被引量:1

Preparation and Evaluation of Essential Oil of Forsythia susensa (Thunb.) Vahl Nanoemulsion in Vitro

摘要 筛选连翘种子油纳米乳最佳处方,并对其进行体外评价。通过溶解度试验、三元相图的绘制,筛选最佳处方;通过考察粒径大小分布、Zeta电位、折光率、加速、光照、高温、低温试验及β-蒎烯的含量测定对处方进行体外评价。最佳处方为连翘种子油,Tween-80,无水乙醇,三者比例2∶7∶1,其有效粒径76.5 nm,Zeta电位-22.98 mv,加速、光照、低温试验表明该处方稳定性良好。所制备的连翘种子油纳米乳性质稳定,是连翘种子油较理想的载药系统。 To screen the best prescription for essential oil of Forsythia susensa(Thunb.) Vahl nanoemulsion and evaluate it in vitro,the best prescription was established through solubility test and drawing pseudo-ternary phase diagram,evaluation was studied by measuring the particle size,Zeta potential,refractive index,accelerated test,light test,low temperature test,β-pinene,and determination by GC.Oil phase,Surfactant,co-surfactant of the best prescription were essential oil of Forsythia suspense(Thunb.) Vahl,Tween-80,Ethanol,(2∶7∶1),effective diameter was 76.5nm,Zeta potential was-22.98mv,the best prescription was stable by accelerated test,light test,and low temperature test.The prepared nanoemulsion of essential oil of Forsythia susensa(Thunb.) Vahl was stable.It was the ideal loading system of essential oil of Forsythia susensa(Thunb.) Vahl nanoemulsion.
