摘要
初中数学教师在教学目标、教学重难点、问题情境、基于问题诊断的补偿矫正等教学设计核心项目显露出诸多欠缺与不足,这些项目正是教师教学设计能力提升的重点所在.教师教学设计能力与教师的其他教学业务水平有较高的相关性.
Junior middle school mathematics teachers have gaps and deficiencies in the core projects such as setting teaching goals,and emphasis and difficulties,creating problem situations,and making repairing and correcting based on problem diagnosis.However,those core projects are the main focuses on enhancing teaching design ability of teachers.The design capacity of teaching and other teaching activities of teachers have a high relevance.
