摘要
采用流水式呼吸仪测定了不同体质量的半滑舌鳎(Cynoglossus semilaevis)在盐度为16.43~33.62条件下的标准代谢率。结果表明:各个盐度下的标准代谢率与体质量呈正相关,而单位体质量标准代谢率与体质量呈负相关;标准代谢率与体质量之间的关系可用幂函数Rs=aMb表示。不同盐度下,标准代谢率的组间均数差异高度显著(P<0.01),体质量指数b之间的差异显著(P<0.05)。修正为标准体质量后,各规格组的标准代谢率均在27.46盐度组下最低,而在20.08盐度组最高。
The standard metabolic rates of Cynoglossus semilaevis of different body mass were determined by con-tinuous-flow method at different salinity levels.The experimental result showed that the standard metabolic rate(Rs) of C.semilaevis increased but the specific standard metabolic rate(Rs') decreased with increasing body weight.The relationship between body weight and standard metabolic rate could be described as a power function,Rs=aMb.There were significant difference between the standard metabolic rates determined under different salinities(P〈0.01),with significant different between the exponent(P〈0.05).After the normalization of body weights,the standard metabolic rate was lowest at salinity 27.46,and highest at 20.08.
