辛伐他汀对轻度高血压合并高脂血症患者血压的影响

Effect of simvastatin on blood pressure in mild hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia

目的探讨辛伐他汀对轻度高血压病合并高脂血症患者血压的影响。方法58例轻度高血压合并高脂血症患者服用辛伐他汀20mg，每日1次，疗程2年，测定血压、血脂的变化。结果治疗后，患者的血压、血脂有所下降，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论辛伐他汀治疗可以降低轻度高血压合并高脂血症患者的血压。

Objective To study the effects of simvastatin on blood pressure in mild hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods Fifty -eight mild hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia received the treatment of simvastatin 20 mg（QN） for 2 years. The changes of blood pressure, blood lipids were measured before and after treatment. Results The blood pressure and lipid were significantly decreased after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Simvastatin could obviously decrease the level of blood pressure and lipids in mild hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia.
