胸腔内置引流管联合药物注入治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效观察

Intrathoracic drainage tube combined with drug injection in treatment of malignant pleural effusion

目的观察胸腔内置引流管联合注入沙培林、博莱霉素治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法将62例患恶性肿瘤合并恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组29例。治疗组胸腔内留置引流管持续负压引流，对照组间断胸腔穿刺抽液。结果治疗组有效率为81．9％，明显高于对照组（p〈0．01）。结论胸腔内置引流管联合注入沙培林、博莱霉素治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效显著，安全可靠。

Objective To observe the intrathoracic drainage tube combined with injection of sapylin, bleomycin in treating malignant pleural effusion of cancer. Methods Sixty - two patients with malignant tumor complicated with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into treatment group （33 cases） and control group （29 cases）. Treatment group continued chest drainage tube indwelling drainage, intermittent pleural puncture tapping for control group. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 81.9%, significantly higher than the control group （51.7%） （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions The internal thoracic drainage tube combined with injection of sapylin, bleomycin in treating malignant pleural effusion has remarkable effect and is safe and reliable.
