升精丸联合西药治疗男性不育的临床研究

Clinical observation on treatment of the male sterility with Shengjing Pills and western medicine

目的研究升精丸与西药配伍治疗男性不育症的临床疗效。方法选择该院男科门诊确诊的少、弱精子症患者185例。对照组西药治疗57例,128例治疗组升精丸与西药配伍治疗。结果服药后两组患者精液中精液量、液化时间、精子密度、精子活率、(a+b)级精子百分率等有明显改善(P<0.01)。治疗组的总有效率(96.87%)较对照组总有效率(71.93%)效果显著(P<0.005)。结论升精丸加西药治疗不育症效果优于单纯西药治疗。

【Objective】 To study the clinical effect by using the Shengjing Pills and western medicine in the treatment of oligospermia or Asthenospermia.【Methods】 185 cases who were oligospermia or asthenospermia patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University Clinical trials involving 57 cases who received western medical and 128 cases treated with Shengjing Pills and western medicine.【Results】 Compared with the previous treatment,all kinds of parameters in the semen quality both had a significant difference in each group（P 0.01）.The results of combined treatment group were significantly higher than the western medical group（P 0.005）.【Conclusion】 The combination of Shengjing Pills and western medicine group was proved to be more effective as compared with the western medical group.
