摘要
目的研究了鲢鱼寡肽(SOP)对高血脂Wistar大鼠的抗氧化和降血脂能力的影响。方法采用灌胃高脂乳剂方法建立实验性高胆固醇血症大鼠模型,检测血清和肝脏的甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)含量,分析血清和肝脏的抗氧化酶活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和总抗氧化力。结果 SOP可以有效提高高血脂大鼠血清的TG水平(P<0.05),降低其TC水平,显著降低大鼠肝脏的TC,TG水平。同时,SOP可以有效降低大鼠体内的MDA含量,保持大鼠血清和肝脏的SOD、GSH-Px活性。结论 SOP能够提高高血脂大鼠的抗氧化水平和改善其脂质代谢水平。
Objective To investigate the effects of silver carp oligopeptide(SOP)on lipid metabolism and antioxidant ability of hyperlipidemic rats.Method The hypercholesterolemia model for the rats was established by administering orally with high fat emulsion.The contents of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in serum and liver;and the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activities were examined.Results SOP significantly decreased TC and increased TG level(P0.05) of serum and significantly decreased the TC and TG level of liver in hyperlipidemic rats.In the meantime,SOP significantly increased T-AOC,SOD and GSH-Px activities and decreased MDA contents of serum and liver in hyperlipidemic rats.Conclusion SOP can improve the antioxidation levels and lipid metabolism of rats with hyperlipidemia.
