铣床稳定性在线监测智能寻优控制方法 被引量:2

摘要 铣削稳定性智能寻优控制理论是确保高精、高效加工的在线监测关键技术之一。基于建立的刀具-工件铣削再生颤振多自由度动力学模型,考虑了多自由度耦合作用对稳定性的影响,据平均铣削力和2阶响应曲面的时变铣削力系数获取方法,研究了在线监测工艺参数时变作用下的稳定性预测理论。提出了以确保稳定铣削时最大材料去除率为寻优控制目标的"预报-控制-效果评估-再控制"在线监测、智能诊断和实时控制集成一体化策略,在TDNC-H8数控铣床上设计并实施了稳定性理论验证实验。结果表明,以该稳定性预测方法作为在线监测智能寻优的控制理论准确性高,确保了铣床高精、高效的稳定运行。 Cutting stability intelligent optimization and control theory is one of the key technologies to ensure high precision and high efficiency cutting. Based on the established MDOF dynamic model of tool-workpiece milling regenerative chatter, the MDOF coupling effect on stability is considered. The average milling force method and second order response surface method to obtain time va- rying milling force coefficient is studied to analyze the effect of stability forecast theory. By taking the max material removal rate in stable milling as the optimization aim, the "forecast-control-evaluation-further control" online monitoring, intelligent diagnosis and real-time control integrate strategy is proposed. The stability theory validation experiments were setup in TDNC-H8 milling machine, assuring the high accuracy and high efficiency stable operation of the machine.
