摘要
利用FLUENT软件对带渐扩缝隙预进气结构机壳的罗茨鼓风机内部流场进行了可压缩非定常流动的数值模拟,较真实地反映了带渐扩缝隙预进气结构机壳的罗茨鼓风机内部湍流流动的流场分布和气流脉动的特征规律。计算结果表明,渐扩缝隙这种壳体结构的优化设计确实能够削弱甚至避免排气口处高压气体的急剧回流,降低排气过程中的气体动力性噪声。文中数值分析结果可为罗茨鼓风机的降噪和壳体结构的优化设计提供有价值的参考。
The numerical simulation on Roots blower with gradually expanding gap was conducted with FLUENT software in order to investigate the internal flow field under the compressible and unsteady condition, and it truly reflected the distribution of internal turbulent flow and the characteristic of air flow fluctuation. The numerical results showed that the optimization of the casing structure could indeed weaken and even avoid effectively the backflow eddy at the discharge outlet and reduce power aerodynamic noise. The result of numerical analysis can provide a scientific basis for the method of reducing the noise and the optimum design of the casing structure.
