摘要
裁剪是TRIZ理论中一种发明问题的解决工具,广泛应用于产品创新及技术系统优化过程。功能分析是应用裁剪方法的基础。从功能的定义、功能分析过程入手,讨论了4种技术系统裁剪策略的应用,分析了技术系统裁剪的一般步骤,并通过具体应用实例说明了裁剪方法的有效性。
Trimming is a kind of problem resolving tools for invention in TRIZ, and it has been widely applied in product innovation and the optimization process of the technical system. Functional analysis is the basis for applying trimming method. Starting from definition of function and the process of functional analysis process, the application of four kinds of technical system trimming strategies were discussed, and the general steps for technical system trimming was also analyzed. The effectiveness of trimming method is proven with an engineering application example.
