注射给药是临床疾病治疗的常规手段,正确合理的使用对改善注射剂质量、保障用药安全和提高治疗水平有极为重要的作用。本文就注射剂临床使用中,注射剂本身的稳定性、配伍稳定性及注射给药应注意的其他问题进行了阐述。

Injection is the conventional means of treatment of diseases.Correct and rational use of injection plays a very important role in improving drug quality,guaranteeing drug safety and increasing treatment level.In this review,several problems during clinical use of injection were discussed,including the stability of the injection itself,compatibility and other related issues that should be noted.
