摘要
目的:探讨临床药师在肿瘤患者发热经验性治疗中的作用。方法:通过1例胆管癌根治术后患者持续高热的案例,分析讨论持续高热肿瘤患者的经验性治疗。结果与结论:肿瘤患者发热应给予经验性的抗菌药物治疗,同时要及早鉴别其发热是肿瘤热还是感染热。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the role of clinical pharmacist in empirical therapy for febrile cancer patients.METHODS：The empirical therapy for febrile cancer patients was analyzed according to 1 case of persistent fever after radical resection of cholangiocarcinoma.RESULTSCONCLUSION：It is necessary to give empirical antibiotics therapy if cancer patients fevered.At the same time,we should distinguish the fever is thermal tumor or the fever caused by infection as soon as possible.
