摘要
目的:分析下呼吸道感染患者痰液标本中细菌群的构成及耐药情况,为临床医师用药提供科学依据。方法:384份送检标本共培养出病原菌245株,对菌种鉴定和药敏试验结果进行分析。结果:真菌52株(占21.2%),革兰阳性球菌34株(占13.9%),革兰阴性杆菌159株(占64.9%)。前8位主要病原菌分别是副流感嗜血杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、溶血葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌。结论:下呼吸道感染以革兰阴性杆菌为主,常见病原菌耐药现象比较严重,应注意合理用药。
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the composition and drug resistant of bacteria colonies in sputum specimens of patients with lower respiratory tract infection,and to provide scientific basis for clinicians about medication.METHODS:245 strains of pathogenic bacteria were cultured in 384 specimens.Results of bacteria strain identification and drug sensitivity test were analyzed.RESULTS:There were 52 strains of fungi (21.2%),34 strains of gram-positive bacterium (13.9%),159 strains of gram-negative bacterium (64.9%).Top 8 pathogenic bacteria were Hemophilus parainfluenzae,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Acinetobacter baumannii,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus haemolyticus,Escherichia coli,Streptococcus pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus.CONCLUSION:Gram-negative bacteria are the main pathogens of infection,and drug resistance of common pathogens is quite serious.Great importance should be attached to rational drug use.
