在无水磷酸钾存在下 ,伯胺、仲胺和哌嗪与二硫化碳和不同的卤代烃于室温反应 ,高收率的生成对应的氨基二硫代甲酸酯 .胺和卤代烃中含有— CONR2 ,— OH,—CO2 H,—NO2 ,— CO2 R,— CH(OR) 2 ,— C C— ,— CH2 OR。

In the presence of anhydrous potassium phosphate, different kinds of dithiocarbamates were prepared from the reaction of primary amines, secondary amines and piperazine with carbon disulfate and a variety of alkyl halides at room temperature in high yields. It is not affected for the presence of —CONR 2, —OH, —CO 2H,—NO 2, —CO 2R, —CH(OR) 2, —CC—, —CH 2OR, furan ring and saccharide ring in amine or alkyl halide.
