Effect of Health Education on Gestationai Diabetes

[目的]探讨健康教育干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇妊娠结局的影响.[方法]将116例确诊的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇随机分为对照组和试验组,各组58例.试验组实施健康教育指导,对照组实施常规治疗,评价干预效果,观察孕妇妊娠结局.[结果]试验组妊娠期糖尿病并发症均显著低于对照组.[结论]对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇施行健康教育干预指导能有效改善围产儿预后,保证孕产妇健康.

[Objective]To investigate the health education intervention on pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with gestational diabetes. [Methods]Totally 116 cases of pregnant women diagnosed with gestational diabetes were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 58 cases in each. Experimental group received health education guidance, and control group received the conventional treatment. The intervention efficacy was evaluated and the pregnancy outcome was observed. [Results]The incidence of complications in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group. [Conclusion] The health education guidance for pregnant women with gestational diabetes can effectively improve the prognosis of perinatal infants and ensure the health of effect of pregnant and parturient women.
