小麦富集重金属锌的特征分析

Study of Accumulation of Heavy Metal Zn in Wheat

为揭示农作物生产过程中对重金属Zn的富集规律,利用盆栽试验,研究小麦富集重金属Zn的特征。结果表明,小麦富集Zn的含量幼苗期为根>叶片,拔节期为根>茎>叶片,抽穗期为根>叶片>茎>颖壳,成熟期为根>叶片>茎>子实>颖壳。不同生长期小麦不同部位中重金属Zn的含量有很大差异。

To provide the basis of heavy metal Zn accumulation in the process of crop growth,the accumulation characteristics of Zn in wheat were studied by pot experiment.The result showed the content of Zn in plant was root leaf in seedling stage,root stem leaf in jointing stage,root〉 leaf 〉stem〉 glume in heading stage,and root leaf stem seed glume in mature stage.Enrichment of heavy metal Zn in different organs of wheat varied in different growing stage.
