摘要
采用5种不同的出菇方式,对杏鲍菇[Pleurotus eryngii(DC.ex.Fr.)Quel]产量和子实体的性状进行了研究。结果表明,不同的出菇方式对杏鲍菇出菇时间、子实体形态和产量均有较大的影响;脱袋地埋覆土出菇方式出菇较早,子实体大小适中,色泽明亮,外形美观;进行覆土出菇比不覆土的产量明显提高,脱袋后用泥土砌成菌墙的出菇方式,产量最高,单袋产量达464.00g,生物学效率为92.8%。
Five different fruiting ways of Pleurotus eryngii（DC.ex.Fr.） Quel were used to study the yield and the characters of sporocarp.The result indicated that the influence of fruiting ways on fruiting time,sporocarp form and output was great.The fruiting way of the P.eryngii with bag and soil covering was with earlier fruiting time,moderate sporocarp,bright color and beautiful shape.The output of P.eryngii with covering soil increased significantly compared to that without covering soil.The fruiting way of making soil to mushroom wall after out of the bag was with the maximum yield of 464 g.The biological efficiency was 92.8%.
