湖北蛋鸡群血管瘤型ALV-J血清学检测和PCR诊断

Serological Detection and PCR Diagnosis for Hemangioma Associated with Avian Leukosis Subgroup J of Hubei Layer Flocks

用ELISA和ALV-J特异性PCR对抽检的湖北省某蛋鸡场的4只鸡冠苍白、毛囊和鸡爪出血、脚趾间和剑状软骨处长有肿瘤的海兰褐病鸡,进行J亚群禽白血病血清学检测和ALV-J前病毒核酸检测。结果4只病鸡ALV-J特异性PCR检测和泄殖腔拭子ALV-J ELISA抗原检测全部为阳性;间接ELISA检测血清抗体,有3只鸡呈阴性,1只鸡为阳性。血清学检测和PCR检测表明,抽检病例为血管瘤型J亚群禽白血病,并且鸡群中既存在先天感染或早期感染情况,也存在后天感染的现象。

ELISA and the specific PCR of ALV-J were used to do serological detection and provirus nucleic acid diagnosis for 4 layers,which had clinical symptoms of that cockscombs were pale,bursa of feather and claw bleeded,phalang and xiphoid had tuomr,from a layer farms in Hubei province.As a result,provirus nucleic acid diagnosis by ALV-J specific PCR and antigen detection from cloaca by ELISA were all positive of the 4 layers;but there was just one antibody positive by indrect ELISA.The results of serological detction and PCR test documented that the layers had infected with ALV-J and there were exists not only congenital infection or early infection,but also acquired infection in the layer flocks.
