不同固定方法对羊胫骨骨折愈合的影响

Different Methods of Fixed Tibia Fracture Healing of Sheep

试验选择健康羊3只,对其左后肢人为造成胫骨骨折,1号羊骨折为闭合性纵骨折,2号羊、3号羊均为闭合性横骨折,然后对1、2、3号羊分别实施夹板外固定、石膏绷带固定、DCP接骨板内固定术。术后对羊的体温、呼吸、脉搏、采食状况、跛行情况等临床表现,骨折局部的肿胀程度和消退情况的变化进行观察。结果表明,1号羊骨折部位愈合良好,术后无不良反应,愈合过程中无感染发生,30d后骨折基本愈合,患肢无明显异常,并无跛行现象,X线检查骨折处接触愈合良好,原骨折线已分辨不清,复位固定评定为优。2号羊术后无感染,骨折处对位不牢靠,发生错位,有中度跛行现象,患肢有明显异常,X线检查有骨痂增生,复位固定评定为中。3号羊术后患部无感染,患肢骨折处愈合良好,有少量骨痂增生,肢体无明显异常,走路有轻微跛行现象,复位固定评定为良。

Three healthy sheep were selected to have tibial fracture and be fixed with different methods on their left hind legs in this study.The 1st sheep was closed vertical fracture,the second and third sheep were closed horizontal fracture.And then the three sheep were implemented with plywood fixation,plaster bandage fixation and DCP plate internal fixation.After operation various clinical performance including the animal＇s body temperature,respiration,pulse,feeding conditions,limp,the swelling and dissipating on the fractured regional were observed.The results showed that the three sheep were all observed no infection.The 1st sheep healed well with no adverse reaction,and after 30 days the fracture nearly healed,and with no abnormal on the fractured leg and no limp.The X-ray inspection indicated that the fracture healed well,the original fractured line had been unclear.The replacement and fixation were assessed as top.The contraposition for the 2nd sheep＇s fractured leg was unstable and misplased.30 days later the leg was observed a little limp and obviously abnormal.The X-ray check showed proliferation of callus.The replacement and fixation was assessed as middle.The 3rd sheep healed well but with a little bony callus.After 30 days the fracture healed well with no abnormal but slightly limp.The replacement and fixation were assigned to good.
