摘要
研究了不同碳源、氮源等对青霉(Penicillium)P11液体发酵产植酸酶的影响。菌株P11发酵产植酸酶的最佳碳源为蔗糖,氮源为蛋白胨和硝酸铵。最适发酵产酶条件为培养温度30℃,发酵培养基最适pH值5,摇瓶装液量10%,接种量4%,摇床转速120r/min,培养时间96h,最高酶活性可达2.63U/mL。
The effect of the various carbon and nitrogen sources on fermentation of Penicillium P11 that produces phytase was studied.The results indicated that the best carbon and nitrogen compounds for this strain were sucrose,peptone and ammonium nitrate respectively.The optimum producing condition was cultivate temperature at 30℃,pH of the fermentation medium at 5;medium quantity,10%;inoculation proportion,4%;rotate speed of the shaker,120r/min;fermentation time,96h.The highest enzyme activity could reach 2.63U/mL.
