宁夏红枣中总黄酮含量的比较 被引量:5

摘要 以不同品种的宁夏红枣为材料,比较了不同总黄酮提取方法,并对最优提取方法进行了优化。结果表明,总黄酮提取效率由高到低分别为超声波提取法>索氏提取法>冷浸提取法。对超声波提取法的各参数正交试验结果表明,以料液比为1∶8,在40℃下,以70%(V/V)乙醇提取3次,每次30min,总黄酮提取效果较好。在该条件下,分析了3种宁夏红枣的总黄酮含量,其中灵武长枣总黄酮含量最高(0.38%),其次为同心圆枣(0.29%),中宁圆枣最低(0.21%)。 The total flavonoids extraction methods for three jujubes from Ningxia were optimized.The results showed that ultrasonic extraction was the best one compared with soxhlet extraction and quench extraction.The orthogonal experiment was carried out for optimizing the parameters of ultrasonic extraction,the best extraction method followed as: the sample which its ratios of raw-materials to extracting solution been 1∶8 was extracted with 70%(V/V) alcohol for 30 min and repeated 3 times.Then the total flavonoids in 3 kinds of jujubes from Ningxia were extracted under the optimized conditions.The results indicated that the contents of total flavonoids in the kinds of Lingwu long,Tongxin round and Zhongning round jujube were 0.38%,0.29% and 0.21%,respectively.
