摘要 研究了在盐酸介质中,钌催化高碘酸钾氧化罗丹明6G的反应及动力学条件,建立了高灵敏测定超痕量钌的新方法。线性范围为0.2~1.0ng/25m L,检出限为6.5×10- 12g/m L。方法已用于合成样中钌的测定。 A new catalytic fluorimetric method for the determination of trace ruthenium is described.The method is based on the catalytic oxidation of rhodamine 6G with potassium periodate in hydrochloric acid medium.The reaction condition was studied,reaction order and apparent energy were determined.The method has high sensitivity and selectivity for determining trace ruthenium.The linear range of the determination is 0 2~1 0ng/25mL and the detection limit for ruthenium is 6 5×10 -12 g/mL.The method has been used to determine ruthenium in synthetics with satisfactory results.
