摘要
在25℃下,用毛细管区带电泳测定了主客体分子(配体和溶质分子)β-环糊精(β-CD)和心得舒(alprenolol)在pH值为2.5,浓度为100mmol/L的磷酸盐缓冲溶液下的结合常数,并对4种求解方法即非线性拟合法,双倒数法,y-倒数法和X-倒数法的结果进行了比较,所得值分别是307.2、408.4、331.4和343.1 L/mol,同时获得了结合物的迁移率.该方法可用于测定结合比为1:1的各种类型相互作用的结合常数.
The binding constant between β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) and the drug alprenolol was obtained bycapillary electrophoresis, under the conditions of 100 mmol/L phosphate buffer, pH 2.5, 25℃. Fourmethods, namely non-linear regression, double reciprocal, y-reciprocal and x-reciprocal were introducedto measure the binding constant, the values are 307.2 L/mol, 408.4 L/mol, 331.4 L/mol and 343.1L/mol, respectively. The methods are applicable to measure the binding constant of Host-Guest interaction with 1:1 ratio.
