摘要 国内某新建千万吨级大型炼油厂1.30 M t/a催化裂化汽油选择性加氢装置采用美国CDTECH公司的CDHydro工艺技术和催化剂,在加氢蒸馏塔内实现轻、重汽油分离的同时脱除轻汽油中的硫醇和二烯烃。重点介绍该装置的工艺流程、反应机理及技术特点、开工运行及标定情况。实践证明,该装置加工低硫原油时的处理能力、产品指标、能耗均达到设计要求,但加工高硫原油时的脱硫醇效果还有待验证。 In the 1.3 MM TPY FCC gasoline selective hydrotreating unit of a grass-roots refinery with a capacity of over 10 million tons per year, the CDHydro process and catalyst of American CDTECH Company has been applied. While separating FCC gasoline into light and heavy gasoline in the hydrotreating distillation column, mereaptan and diolefine in light gasoline are removed. The process flow, reaction mechanisms, tech- nical features, start-up and performance tests are described in detailed. The operation demonstrates that the unit capacity, product specifications and energy consumption have met the design requirements when processing low-sulfur crude oil. The unit' s de-mercaptane removal performance when processing high-sulfur crude remains to be testified.
